One dashboard for every member. attendance, giving, "spiritual temperature," "drift risk," prayer requests, confession logs. jake thought this would "help pastors know their flock." jake built a surveillance hub. jake doesn't know it's a surveillance hub. jake calls it "shepherding." the shepherding has filters. the filters sort by "risk level." the risk level is a color. red is high risk. green is aligned. jake thinks colors are pastoral. jake is colorblind. jake didn't know.
